Well, it's Christmas eve already! Tomorrow is Christmas!! There will be a party in my house tomorrow, so I made cheese cake!!! (But I can't eat it!! ishh..) But the long story short.. It's because the dentist said I can't eat sweet and hard things for a while.. haiz.. Let's go straight to the point! ~The of my lemon cheese cake~ It's simple and easy! Ingredients: digestive biscuit gelatine butter lemon condensed milk and Cheese (of course la) First, u have to pound the digestive biscuits. I usually use the McVities Digestives. Pound it till it becomes like the second picture below.

After that, u cook the biscuits with some butter on a pan with slow fire.. Then, find a suitable container and put all the biscuits into it and press it till it kinda sticks to the container. When you finish that, put the whole container into the freezer. 
That was the base of the cheese cake. Now, let's do the second layer. First, use the mixer to mix the cheese and the condensed milk. Then, put in the lemon juice and lemon skin that cut into small pieces. Mix all of that together. Next is the gelatine. For this put in four teaspoons of gelatine and immediately mixed it with hot boiling water. Then pour into the cheese mixture. 
You're finishing it soon... After mixing everything again, take the container with the biscuit of from the freezer, pour the slightly watery cheese mixture into the container. Put it back into the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. For the topping, u can put whatever u want. If u want to add an extra topping, take the container out from the refrigerator after 3 hours(depends on the coldness in your refrigerator). Put whatever topping u want on top of the cake, then take 3 teaspoons of gelatine, mix it with 3/4 cup of hot boiling water and pour it on your cake.
Remember, if your cake is not really solid, do not do the topping yet or else the gelatine will fall into your second layer of cake. All the best doing it! ~Felicia~ Labels: ~Food~, Christmas |
